The Colonnades is one of those places on the island that just keep giving beautiful scenes time and time again. “The Colonnades at Sunset” was taken in early Autumn on high tide from the stairs at the end of Tampa Road, Cape Woolamai.
As well as a spectacular sunset, the image hosts a lone walker that stopped at the end of the air strip to enjoy the view.
The basalt rock ricochets a spill of golden light across the image as the waves highlight the last remaining rays from the sun.
